    (5. In my opinion)
1.What was the overall purpose of the speech. Try to restate or summarize the main point. How well was it addressed?
To explain why we should stop building nuclear power plants. She mentioned the potential threats of nuclear power plants, and also the counter arguments of those who support nuclear power. Then the speaker refuted the idea by saying that it is not actually efficient compared to other renewable energy. The purpose of the speech and main points were clearly addressed as the speaker had a clear organization of her speech with good transitions.

2.Was there a hook? Was it effective? How could it have been improved?
The speaker introduced the recent accident that took place in Japan to relate it to her topic. I think it was effective because the issue of the accident was very much relevant to our country, Korea. I think it would have been better if she emphasized the importance of the incident through a little bit of exaggerated facial expressions or stress so that she would effectively draw people’s attention in the beginning.

3.Was the structure logical? Point supported by evidence or examples? Good transitions between ideas?
The structure was logical. The presenter provided several evidence with specific examples. Also, clear use of transitions such as “first”, “however”, and “so” helped the audience to follow the structure of her presentation.

4.Was the conclusion concise? Were main points restated or summarized? Was the closing memorable?
The conclusion was concise. The speaker restated her thesis once more in the end to make her points clearer. Also, she shortly summarized her main points that she introduced during the presentation. I believe the closing could be improved by making a more memorable closing such as introducing a quote or using a bit of humor.

5.Did the speaker use enthusiasm, pauses, humor, visual aids,
The speaker did not have visual aids, but the organization of the presentation was clear enough to understand. Because she had lots of specific examples in both sides of the arguments, her thesis seemed more reasonable and persuasive. I think the speaker prepared well in choosing his topic and coming up with the main points.

6.What did you notice about the speaker’s body language? Posture, eye contact, gestures.
The speaker kept on looking at the camera which made me feel like she was telling her story in front of me. Her posture was good, but she rarely made gestures throughout the presentation. I think she can work on taking advantage of some gestures next time.

7.Was the volume good? Did the speaker enunciate and pronounce clearly? Could everything be understood?
I think the volume and tone of her voice were good. Especially, the volume was loud enough to hear her voice clearly. Also, her speech rate and pausing were appropriate and I was able to understand most of the presentation.

    Body 5
: Good content with history of the person and what he stands for
    Conclusion 4
: Concluded the speech well with what she wants to do later on, with motivation from Jack Ma. But a bit abrupt could have given more self-experience or relatable content
    Transitions 4
: Transition is smooth and it has a very natural flow.
Her body motion is too rigid and she could have used hand gestures or even body motion to help her speech
