    1. What was the overall purpose of the speech. Try to restate or summarize the main point. How well was it addressed?
    The guideline to becoming successful. There are several things that will help you become successful. First, defining yourself. Second, setting concrete goals. Three, trusting yourself. Fourth, force yourself to act. Fifth, help others. Sixth, no real solution. The speaker had concrete main points.
    2. Was there a hook? Was it effective? How could it have been improved?
    Yes, the speaker had a clear hook, which helped the audience to become interested. The speaker could have actually made the hook shorter.
    3. Was the structure logical? Point supported by evidence or examples? Good transitions between ideas?
    The overall structure was logical with a good flow. He also had very specific examples and supports with good transitions.
    4. Was the conclusion concise? Were main points restated or summarized? Was the closing memorable?
    The conclusion was concise, however the main points were not restated or summarized. The conclusion wasn't all that memorable because it ended bluntly.
    5. Did the speaker use enthusiasm, pauses, humor, visual aids?
    The speaker did not have any visual aids. The speaker seemed to be in a rush, which made it a little bit too fast to catch up. He could have used some pauses in between.
    6. What did you notice about the speaker’s body language? Posture, eye contact, gestures.
    The speaker had a nice eye contact and posture, however, he could have moved around a little to ease the tension.
    7. Was the volume good? Did the speaker enunciate and pronounce clearly? Could everything be understood?
    The speaker had a nice loud voice, which was not difficult to understand. His pronunciation was perfect, which helped the audience to understand perfectly,
