    (The person I admire)
    1. What was the overall purpose of the speech. Try to restate or summarize the main point. How well was it addressed?
The person that the speaker admires the most is Yoo Jae Suk because he has achieved so much through hard work. It was presented very well.
    2. Was there a hook? Was it effective? How could it have been improved?
Yes, the speaker tries to connect with the audience by stating that everyone has someone that they admire. It could have been stated more interestingly, which would have made it better.
    3. Was the structure logical? Point supported by evidence or examples? Good transitions between ideas?
The speaker gave enough examples of Jae Suk that showed how he achieved his success. The speaker also had clear and effective transition between ideas, which made it easy to understand.
    4. Was the conclusion concise? Were main points restated or summarized? Was the closing memorable?
The conclusion was concise, however the main points were not restated or summarized. The closing was a little bit weak because it was too mild.

The speaker did not have any visual aid or humor mixed into the presentation, which made it seem like he wasn't enthusiastic about the presentation.

    (6. Organize Your Speech)
1.What was the overall purpose of the speech. Try to restate or summarize the main point. How well was it addressed?
The overall purpose was well addressed with three reasons why the presenter prefers online shopping to off-line one.
It offers variety of options, is cheaper, and more convenient.

2.Was there a hook? Was it effective? How could it have been improved?
I think there was. The speaker gave specific and original examples which were unique enough to get attention of the audience: sometimes stores might not have the products you are looking for, like your favorite ‘Starbucks tumbler’, or ‘Kanye’s new easy boost’.

3.Was the structure logical? Point supported by evidence or examples? Good transitions between ideas?
The structure was logical enough. The presenter used some examples and statistics to support her thesis. Also, clear use of transitions such as “first”, “second”, and “lastly” helped the audience to follow the structure of her presentation.

4.Was the conclusion concise? Were main points restated or summarized? Was the closing memorable?
The conclusion was concise: Instead of visit shopping mall off-line, stay home and shop online. The presenter summarized his three main points in the end and had a more memorable conclusion, using a quote: You are too pretty to have to look for a parking spot!

5.Did the speaker use enthusiasm, pauses, humor, visual aids,
The speaker showed lots of enthusiasm in her preparation of visual aids and structured speech. The speaker had neat visual aids with lots of pictures to help the audience understand and she even had a short video clip to attract their attention in the beginning. The exchange of question and answer in the hook were also nice. The presenter also had appropriate pauses.
But when it comes to visual aids, I think they could have been improved. Since there were lots of sentences and images in each slide, it was not easy to recognize them all. I think that replacing them with only a few keywords and some selected images might have been more effective.

6.What did you notice about the speaker’s body language? Posture, eye contact, gestures.
It was especially remarkable that the speaker used adequate gestures. Every single movement fit exactly to what he mentioned. It seemed natural and helped to get the idea. Also he made proper eye contact all along the speech, which made him seem confident. Overall, his body language rendered the speech more persuasive.

7.Was the volume good? Did the speaker enunciate and pronounce clearly? Could everything be understood?
The speaker enunciated clearly with a calm, persuasive tone. Other than his perfect and clear pronunciation, what was impressive was the pace of his speech. I would say that it was a bit slower than that of others, but it actually helped enhance delivery. Although I’m not good at English, I could understand every single word.

P.S. Thank you for your comment! It helped me a lot:D
