  1. 1. What was the overall purpose of the speech. Try to restate or summarize the main point. How well was it addressed?
    - The overall purpose of the speech was to talk about the person that he admires the most which is Nelson Mandela, and his achievements of anti-racism movements.
    2. Was there a hook? Was it effective? How could it have been improved?
    -He grabbed attention by telling Nelson Mandela’s achievements, but he could have given more detail information about how Nelson Mandela did become iconic figure in anti-racism movements.
    3. Was the structure logical? Point supported by evidence or examples? Good transitions between ideas?
    -Yes, he did well organize his structure in logical order and I couldn’t notice any problem in using transitions.
    4. Was the conclusion concise? Were main points restated or summarized? Was the closing memorable?
    -The closing was memorable because even though Nelson Mandela has passed away his legacy of anti-racism still remains.
    5. Did the speaker use enthusiasm, pauses, humor, visual aids,
    -Yes, he was very enthusiastic while he was presenting and had appropriate pauses but there were no visual aids.
    6. What did you notice about the speaker’s body language? Posture, eye contact, gestures.
    -His posture and his eye contact was appropriate. Also, his gestures was adequate for his speech.
    7. Was the volume good? Did the speaker enunciate and pronounce clearly? Could everything be understood?
    -Everything that he said was understandable, because he pronounces it very well and his English speaking is very fluent and easy to follow.
