Latin America has a great potential to achieve economic growth. First, there are a lot natural resources especially mineral resources and fossil fuels. Second, cheap labor cost. But most of Latin American countries remains not much developed. So they are now cooperating to make virtual development. 2. Was there a hook? Was it effective? How could it have been improved? Definitely. He triggered curiosity to the audience, by asking them questions which words come to their mind. Moreover, when he mentioned ‘Samba’, he even moved his body! The presenter gave exact examples in detail, explaining actual situations in several Latin American countries. Also he used good transitions, like ‘first’, ‘second’. After he summarized his speech, he suggested that our nation cooperate with these Latin American countries to make breakthrough. 5.
