1. What was the speaker’s strongest main point? He made his point that professional players deserve their payments.
2. What did you like about the presentation? The speaker gave lots of specific players and numbers as examples to support his argument.
3. How well did the audience get to know the speech subject? Because the speaker gave specific details and clear points, the audience got to know the subject well.
4. Did the speech reflect adequate preparation? Yes, the speaker seemed confident and he knew about his contents very well. He must have done lots of research on the numbers.
5. Did the speaker talk clearly and audibly? The speaker talked slowly with appropriate pauses which was easy to understand.
6. Was there a definite opening, body, and conclusion? He started the topic with an interesting question and fact. Then he moved on to his body by stating the reasons why some sports stars should be paid a lot. He summarized his arguments and made his points clear in the conclusion.
7. Please comment on the speaker’s use of notes/eye contact. The speaker kept on looking at the camera as eye contacts. It was good because it seemed like he was telling his story to the audience.
8. What could the speaker have done differently that would have improved the speech? If the speaker had cameraman or audience in front of him, it would look more professional. I would like to see him giving some gestures and eye contacts to the real audience.
9. What was your overall (positive) evaluation of the speech as a whole? I think the speaker was very well prepared with his topic. He had lots of supporting details and good examples to make his arguments stronger. It was interesting and enjoyable to watch.

You chose a topic that has a three strong opinion and it is interesting to audience like me who are not familiar with Sports stars. It is great that you greeted your viewers with smile and appropriate hook. Your voice was clear and I see some points where you stress your idea that stars should be paid a lot. I see some pronunciation mistakes, lack of gestures and most importantly the presentation setting might be improved. Next time you can borrow empty classroom or stand up so that you seem fully ready for the speech. However I really enjoyed yours especially the three main reasons why sports stars deserve huge amount of money. Now I know that they are super influential and they can help change the world. Thanks!
