    (6. Organize Your Speech)
1.What was the overall purpose of the speech. Try to restate or summarize the main point. How well was it addressed?
To inform people of the etiquettes in Korea. There are two things to consider when you want to participate in Korea which are choice of words and age. You have to differentiate your language to show respects to the people. In case of age, you have to treat older people carefully as not to offend them. The purpose of the speech and main points were clearly addressed as the speaker had a clear organization of his speech.

2.Was there a hook? Was it effective? How could it have been improved?
The speaker began her presentation with a question that was relevant to the topic, “Have you ever been in a situation where you ask yourself how you must treat someone or a guest?” I think it was effective because the presenter asked a question that most of the people would answer in a positive way. I think it would have been better if had some audience to actually respond to his question to make the presentation seem more lively and interactive.

3.Was the structure logical? Point supported by evidence or examples? Good transitions between ideas?
The structure was logical. The presenter mostly talked about his personal experience and they were all relevant to the points that he was making. Also, clear use of transitions such as “first of all”, “let’s move on to the next point”, and “in summary” helped the audience to follow the structure of his presentation.

4.Was the conclusion concise? Were main points restated or summarized? Was the closing memorable?
The conclusion was concise. The speaker was saying that we must be careful of how we speak to people in Korea. We must consider the age and carefully choose words that suit the situation. The speaker summarized his main points clearly and finished his speech with some final comments. I believe the closing could be improved by making it more memorable such as introducing a quote or using a bit of humor.

5.Did the speaker use enthusiasm, pauses, humor, visual aids,
The speaker did not have visual aids, but the organization of the presentation was clear enough to understand. Because he introduced his personal experience during the explanation, it appealed to the interest of the audience and there were some aspects of humor in his episodes. I think the speaker prepared well in choosing his topic and coming up with the main points.

6.What did you notice about the speaker’s body language? Posture, eye contact, gestures.
The speaker kept on looking at the camera which made me feel like he was telling his story in front of me. His posture was good, and he sometimes made gestures in transitions when he was introducing his main points which were nice.

7.Was the volume good? Did the speaker enunciate and pronounce clearly? Could everything be understood?
I think the volume, speech rate, and tone of his voice is perfect. I was able to understand his words clearly and it made me feel comfortable. Because the camera was close to him in his small confined space, his voice was clearly recorded in the video. The pronunciation was great!
